Foreman 450ES or AC500AUTO which to buy?

Guy's
I'm in the market for a new ATV and need some sound advise. I've boiled down my choices to the Honda Foreman 450ES and the AC 500 Auto. I've been to both dealers in my area and here's the resluts.
I can get the 450ES with a plow and 2000lb Warn winch for $6,500.
The AC500 with plow for $6,100 and 25% off the price of the winch.
would appreciate your feedback.

Worry about the quad before the accessories. Both look like the deals have good incentives. Do you want an automatic or not? The ES has the nice hands only feature of an automatic with all the positives of a geared transmission. The Cat has the semi-independant suspension in back. The Cat has slightly more power, but nothing you will really notice as far as 95% of riding goes. The speed will be close on both, reguardless of what the AC speedometer might register. Both are built solid. The AC has the better ride, and disc brakes. The Honda has better controls and probably a little lighter steering. Ground clearance overall is about the same.
Basically, it comes down to the transmission and final price. Take your pick. If it were me, I'd get the manual AC, but that I already made that choice 2 years ago. The semi-independant swingaxle and disc brakes were enough for me to pick it over the 450S.
