Default Ebay scam, are these your pics?

Prairie

Either this is a scam, or someone doesnt know what there machine is worth.

The price and new member status make me think its a scam. But the posting looks like someone actually put effort forth.

What I have been seeing is that it's kind of a scam. They are scamming EBAY... They list it low, but as a restricted auction. You have to contact them to bid. They tell you the price they will sell for, and offer to sell it outside of the auction... no fees for EBAY. Cheap advertising.

Whenever I see that the seller is outside the US and/or willing to ship worldwide, I assume it's a scam. Especially if it's an extrordinarily low price. I've also noticed that most of these scam auctions are usually limited to "Pre-Approved Bidders Only". I believe they do this to engage you in an email conversation to make a private (outside of eBay) deal. That way they can scam multiple people with one listing - more efficient that way.

He' s out of the country, but not over seas, its canada.

I was sure when I first looked at it, then I began to doubt a little since it was a used, older prairie and the listing actually had the right quad and listed the accessories. I've never seen a scam auction with such good information, so I was not completely sure that it was a scam, but still 85% sure it was.

Right, but the buy it now price is the one that I thought was so low. Many people start the bidding out at low amounts, thats a fundamental part of ebay.

BEWARE!! If it sounds too cheap, especially on vehicles, be careful. I've seen these on collector cars too. It's pretty obvious. Out of the country, and they're selling stuff for a third of what they're worth.

Why not email them and ask for the serial number. Then you could check out the validity of the machine such as age and original selling location. Serial number could be checked to see if it is stolen. If they refuse to give a serial number, that might be an indication of a scam or a problem with the seller.
