Cant tell if this is a scam...
Whenever I see that the seller is outside the US and/or willing to ship worldwide, I assume it's a scam. Especially if it's an extrordinarily low price. I've also noticed that most of these scam auctions are usually limited to "Pre-Approved Bidders Only". I believe they do this to engage you in an email conversation to make a private (outside of eBay) deal. That way they can scam multiple people with one listing - more efficient that way.

He' s out of the country, but not over seas, its canada.
I was sure when I first looked at it, then I began to doubt a little since it was a used, older prairie and the listing actually had the right quad and listed the accessories. I've never seen a scam auction with such good information, so I was not completely sure that it was a scam, but still 85% sure it was.

Why not email them and ask for the serial number. Then you could check out the validity of the machine such as age and original selling location. Serial number could be checked to see if it is stolen. If they refuse to give a serial number, that might be an indication of a scam or a problem with the seller.
