I haven't had any problems with my Mudlites yet. I have 25X8X12 on the front, and 25X10X11 on the back. Good all around tire. I noticed no power loss at all.

I had 26" mudlites on itp c series. There was a noticeable power loss, but the bike still had gobs of low end and plenty of power to tow/haul/trailride/ and mud. IMO, best thing I have ever done to a utility machine. 25" mudlites have a smaller, shallower lug on them and are more mild of a tire. I'd go with the 26" again in a heartbeat, but if you spend all of your time on nice, smooth, hardpack trails, 25" mudlites or 25" holeshots might be a better bet.

do you have to get different size tire front and rear? Or could they all be 11 or 12? I have the warn 424(best investment ever!)

I went with new wheels, and got 12" rims all around. The offset is really part of what made the package for me, and I would easily say that the wheels and tires were better than a warn 424, winch, or plow.
