Default 2004 BAJA X SERVICE MANUAL

Does anybody know where I can get a service manual for a 2004 baja X for a descent price ? I went to my local dealer and they told me they have to get it from Canada and want $135.00 for one. My secondary headlights went out and I can not find the problem I checked all of the fuses and they are fine checked the switch and have power going into switch and out of switch but no power at lights so I need to start checking wires in my harness but I need a schematic.

Thanks.

Try Alba for price and availabilty. I ordered a Shop Manual from the local Bomb dealer yesterday. It was $65, but then again, it was for an '03.

The only manuals I got was the routine maintenance manual and the operators manual. For as much money as I spent you would think they would throw in a service manual.

I've never heard of any manufacturer providing the Service Manual. They'd rather you take your bike to their shop.

are you talking about the aux lights on the Baja?. The actual wiring harness for the aux lights plug inline with the headlight harness. Takeout your headlight and all the wires are right their behind the plug.

I was having problems with my extra headlights too. I took my primary headlight out as I am putting HID bulbs in so the wiring is accessable. I found a gray plug was lose and would cause they lights to go off and on with the smallest movement. To fix the problem, unclip the plug and spread the metal blades a littls and plug it in. This should tighten up the plug and the lights should work.
