DG nerfs - Any good?
#2
i used to have the old style AC propegs for my ds before the accident, now i have graydon, my brother has the DG's on his DS, i'm not really to impressed with them, and neither is he, tubing size is smaller than both i've had, and it doesn't have a loop on the back of them which i really like, i do realize the new fat bars i believe have the loop, but i'm not really impressed with the quality of the dg's, i'd suggest looking in the whats in your garage thread if your looking for a pair, if your going to buy brand new i like the graydons better myself

The graydons are very nice.
DG makes a few different lines of nerfs, steel, alloy, and fat alloy. The fat alloy are great, and really take some hard abuse. I currently run a set of regular alloys and I've been in many a wreck with them and no complaints or bending issues.
I've always had issues with ac nerfs, bumpers and grab bars, so I try to steer clear of them.
