go over to the Kawasaki forum and read about the problems on the Brute Force.....suspension, motor, leaks....
The Brute force has an extremely narrow wheelbase and is light and it doesn't outrun my '05 700 EFI by more than a couple of bike lengths in 1/8 mile....so....its up to you, Kawasaki is usually pretty good at standing behind their machines and figure every new machine has recalls....but the 800 is a wider, plusher, heavier and better suspension machine with alot more storage....the BF is kind of a Sport Utility, but I'm guessing the 800 will be a Sport Utility too....just bigger and able to handle the big tasks like towing, hauling, etc....I can ride my '05 700 EFI pretty hard, I believe most riders would have a hard time keeping up, but this is more related to experience....
take them both for a ride and see which one suites you better...

I read an article on the king quad tonight and after reading that the brute article and the sp800 I believe that dirtwheels thinks that the sportsman will be the one to beat.

Thats true...most of the time, I would go look at each of them. I have a dealer not far from my house, they have both the Brute Force and 700 EFI (and others) sitting on the floor close to each other. The BF looks like a toy compared to the Polaris. But each has its purpose. If you need a machine that will do it all, I believe the 800 is easily the choice. Hell, I may sell my 700 to get an 800 after I drive it, then again I don't really need all of that power....my 700 EFI has a bunch of it....

I was looking at my brute at my local kawi/ploaris dealer. He said that most people are leaning twards the brute. Kawi has proven itself time after time. Id strongly recomend the brute. If your looking for somethign that will go through mud good, and will hall ballzzz. Then its the quad. And your going to get a unstable ride with IRS. Thats wtih any atv. The wheelbase is just fine.
