hard on 400ex doing wheelies and standing straight up? how about passengers?

Default hard on 400ex doing wheelies and standing straight up? how about passengers?

hey,
i got a 400ex not to long ago. But i have been trieng to master wheelies. I bet i stood it straight up yesterday 20 times and killed it. Is that bad on it? Also, my g/f likes to get a rideon it, that's not bad on it either? just like extra wieght? thanks!

It isn't going to hurt it tipping it back, a good way to keep from doing that is to hit the rear brake when you get up to far. It just take practice until you get a feel for that balance point. No one can really tell you how to ride wheelies, just practice.

As for riding passengers the only thing I think you would hurt is yourself or your passenger if you are trying to do tricks beyond your capabilities. The quad can take if you know what your doing. I would just master your stuff first so you don't take a chance on hurting someone else. Just be safe and wear your helmet.

It is my experience that wheelies will not hurt your quad (unless you crash). Anybody that tells you that they will hurt it, is a simple little fool [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] .

Hehe....I'm serious.

hey from you're video's... from wh at you guys do.. mine should last for ever[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] hey those video's are awsome though. I watched them all tonight. Pretty awsome!

LOL....it's true though....we have all been doing that for over 3+ years and I have never heard of any of us having a problem with our quads that was caused by doing wheelies (of course other than a crash or something like that).
