Default 500sp vs cat

Someone was trying to tell me that his 2002 arctic cat 500 would pull my 2001 sp 500 backwards. I didnt think so considering the cat doesnt have independant suspension and the rear end seems pretty light.

LOL just like Ford and Chevy. I would like to see that seeing how I love my Cat, but Polaris's are great to. Why would IRS factor? It's all in weight and torque. I know I give my buddies and their polaris's crap and it's given back to me, its just fun both are great machines.

I raced him the other day and smoked him. I beat him off the line and just kept on pulling away from him.

I think the 2003 and newer Arcticcat would stand a chance against a sp500. I beat my friends 2004 sportsman 500 with my dads 03 arctic 500 but that doesnt realy have much to do with pulling.

No way. My friend and I both bought 04's. The polaris is hands down the better machine for ride, power, speed, and in the mud. The cat does have a little better ground clearance and looks as if it is built tougher, but time will tell.
