Did you check all your fuses? Also check the speed sensor behind your rear brake pedal. If that is broken it will make your 2wd/4wd lights blink. With no noise sounds like a fuse.

I would check the fuse. It does not have to be bad to cause this, it may just need reseated in the fuse box. I have seen them work loose and cause this problem.

My co-worker at our Kawi dealership has a 2004 700 Prairie and he had the same problem you are havin. It was the fuse that goes to the main computer that controls the fourwheel drive engagement system. The fuse didn't look blown but it wasn't workin. We had to use the tester to see how many amps and volts we were gettin to all the connectors. It was a pain. Good luck with yer beast.

THANKS ALOT GUYS!!! thats what it was, it was the fuse. they were all good but for some reason i guess i wasn't gettin' contact. so i went ahead and changed them all. i guess theres three of them right?? engine break, radiator fan, and E.C.C ( what ever that is). i started gettin' scared. didn't want to bring it in to the dealer. i know they would've charged me an arm leg. and all of my money. thanks again.
