Default 85 Honda 110M GO FASTER?

Just wondering. IM looking into getting a Honday 110m. Its going to be cheap, so dont flame me yet. Its also one of the cleanest quads ive ever seen. It was only used to tow a jr dragster race car around, EVER. But, its a 110. I want it to be able to at least somewhat keep up with my buddys 250 Dirt bike. Is there anyway to put a bigger motor on this thing?

Any info would be appricated!

Wow man, I dont know where to start. I guess first Ill say, yes you can put a larger engine in it BUT it will require a lot of extra fabrication, and patience/time. No, you wont be able to kepp up with a 250 dirtbike no matter what you do to the 110 engine. But for perfomance enhancement, i would start with an exhaust system, and bore kit. But to me, it sounds like you need to find a 350x or 250r for the riding you want to do. Dont bother with the 110, go for something more suited to your needs. But it would make a great fun bike!

Thanks for the info. I figured it would be a PITA. I think I'll take your suggestion, and just look for a bigger quad.

Glad I could help, you should go for a nice 250r, be it a TRX or ATC.
