Default TRX400 Foreman 4x4

i am working on 1998 400 Foreman for some buddies of mine. The unit is real hard to roll when it is in nuetral. I am thinking that the brakes are sticking pretty bad. I have to rebuild the carburetor, it needs a new front right driveshaft, steering stem, and maybe a-arms. I am going to proceed with replacing all the cables, the cables are slpitting. I am going to replace all the brakes. The reason I am posting is because I wanted to know if there is something else I should look for. My friends bought this quad for $800.00 so it is worth fixing in my mind. Thanks for your help in advance.
