03 grizz 200 miles for $5,000 good deal isn't it?

Found this in the classifieds this morning, it looks like brand new in the photos and the guy says its always stored inside.
We have a rubicon and an eiger right now and don't know much about this Yamaha. Is there anything a person needs to know about the 03 660 as far as problems are concerned.
The guys asking 5k or best offer, there are no extras with it but it sounds like a fair price isn't it?
thanks

its basically a new quad, lol. the price is a decent price, consittering the miles on it.
the issues are with the 03 over any other griz though. the axles were made real weak, and have tormented quite a few griz owners in that year. gorilla axles have great replacements for them, but at 350.00 a piece! check it out real good, making sure it has the heat shields installed, and the new side panels. check out the oil, and ask if the break in stuff was done. seems like a good deal to me, amybe get him to go to 4700.00 and call yamaha to see on a warrenty. they sell them for up to 650.00 could be worth the price.
good luck

There are plenty of people who own 03 grizzlys like mine and have no trouble at all. I can stand my griz up without help in high gear. I am putting out a lot of torque and am not having any issues with the axels. The biggest thing to avoid is running at full throttle through mud. When one of your tires catches something solid, all of the other wheels act as fly wheels and bust the axel that stopped. I would follow this advice and you should have no problems. IF you plan to ride deep mud, then get some good tires and give it just enough gas to maintain momentum. I sometimes pump the throttle a little to get traction but not develop massive speed in the drive train. This problem plagues every IRS quad so it isn't something that only affects grizzlys. Definitely test ride it first.
