Shooting flames
#3
It can be caused by a few different things. Air getting into the exhaust where the silencer and head pipe tie-in, a rich mixture that is causing unburned fuel to ignite in the exhaust), or a lean mixture. What octane or you running? I discovered my raptor pops and shoots a few flames on deceleration when running 89 or higher octane. I run 87 always now, higher octane burns slower which would send more unburnt fuel into the exhaust. Are you running stock pilots?

I run 92 octane, a 140 DJ main jet. My pipe is definetly no leaking air in, i checked that already, the clamp is super tight. Im going to try running regular and see if that helps, thanks guys.
