Hey guys I took apart the front clutch and serviced the rollers. I am having a hard time getting the belt back on between the front primary sliding sheave and the front primary fixed sheave. Is there a trick to getting this back on? I can't find my suzuki manual, darn....

 

You need to squeeze the belt into the rear clutchs. Yes it's hard, the spring is stiff [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

Did what you said and it worked, got ot back together and Zipped it around the block.

BTW Jack, I tried three rollers just for kicks this time. Really snappy off the low end, top end seems to suffer a little bit. Just tinkering around with it.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
