Default New '04.5 700 Twin (Carb) good price? Need help.

Went to the dealer today looking for a new quad to plow with. I checked out a brand new '04.5 700 Twin (carb) with Glacier plow and Warn 2500 winch installed for $7689.61 OTD (tax, title, etc.).

Here's everything spelled out:

'04.5 Sp700 $6699
Winch $449.99 + Plow kit $429.97 = $879.96 - $400 (Polaris factory disc.) = $479.96 - $95.99 (20% off dealer special) = $383.97

$6699.00
+$383.97
------------
$7082.97
+$566.64 (8% sales tax)
+ $ 40.00 (Title)
------------
$7689.61 OTD

What do you guys think?

Also, do the painted black wheels rust as bad/quickly as the chrome ones do?

I'm only 19 and this would be the first quad I have ever bought brand new. Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

the plow and wench price sounds a little high (before discounts). I would look into an EFI and maybe go with another plow. This is a year old quad, they should throw in the plow or wench free.

The plow and winch prices are the same that are listed in all Polaris catalogs.

Yes I know but you should be able to get some sort of deal on it IMO.
You can get a similair plow (Tusk) for under $500 with the wench and everything.

Those prices are tempting, but this is a good dealer and I don't want to drive all the way to BFE. Plus, don't I have to pay sales tax when I come back to Ohio to get a title?
