Default Stock steel wheels VS. ITP C-Series

I have stock steel wheels on my 700 and I'm thinking of going to some ITP wheels. I do alot of rock crawling and my steel wheels are always getting bent around the rim. If I get some aluminum ITP'S how will the hold up to the rock's? I don't want to buy them and have nicks took out all the way around the wheels. What should I do?

I had a set on my Scrambler.....and never had a problem.....plus they are lighter, then the steel. We went rock climbing at Hatfiels & McCoys, not one problem.
