Got my christmas present from RM today.New set of haulers-chain-and front and rear sprockets.
Have em sitting in my kitchen looking at them they look huge.
Are there any ways to cheat on the master link or do i have to buy a chain press?

just go to a bike shop and buy a link that you dont have to press. i did that with my rk chain. just got the link that has the circlip over the main link( just like on a bicycle). they actually had the rk link at the shop for like five bucks. now i can take my chain off and put it back on when i want. some people said i may have a problem with it but i ride hard and never have had a problem. good luck.

huh, small world atvaddict01. my father works at the UofM and I know a guy that works at the UofM hostipal.
you can also get masters pretty cheap at ag equipment stores. you can get half links too. you have to ask for #50 chain for 520 and #60 for 530. they dont know cycle chain sizes at those places. I think those #'s are right. cant remember for sure. maybe somebody else does.

I agree I have a set of haulers and they do look giahugenous and sometimes it is nice to have them there in the kitchen, where you can look at them while your eating
