Default ngk iridium sparkplugs?

Is anybody using these type plugs versus the standard ngk plug? have you noticed any improvements in easier starting or better performance? let me know if it worth the extra cash. I'm running a 03 banshee with the standard mods, pipes, filter, head, etc. with stock computer. It states a hotter better spark!thanks

I have tried them a couple times. I couldn't tell a differance in performance and they didn't last 4 times longer which is the differance in price I paid. But on a given engine they may be worth it I tried them on my quadzilla and my sons kx250.

Wow, I was just about to post this same question!!! I just got back from Chaparral, and tried to buy some for all my bikes to try them out, but they didn't have a single one in stock for any of my bikes. Any suggestions on where to get them by mail order? Rocky mountain has some, but none for my particular bikes.

The stock plug in the 450R is Iridium, but there is no other standard plug to compare it to.

well, i just installed the plugs today in my banshee. Its worth the little extra cost for a quicker throttle response. I could tell the difference. I just went to discount auto and had them order them from another store. thay showed up the next day. havent tried the one i got for the raptor yet but i'll let you know.

I put them in my YFZ, I didn't notice that it ran any different (because i don't think it's supposed to) they are just more durable. Not sure if their worth it or not....it's only a few bucks who cares!
