Default Traxloc & new purchase

I am getting ready to buy another Honda. Either a Foreman or a Rubicon. The 05 Foremans have traxloc, the 05 Rubicons don't. What exactly is traxloc & is it better. I use my 02 Foreman for trail riding, mud slingin (lots of it, got 28" zillas & lift kit) & work around the house.
I'm not worried about the cost difference, just the right bike for what I do. I plan on fixing the new bike up with big tires, lift kit ,pipe & all of the other crap it takes to get all busy in deep mud. My main question is the traxloc thing. Did I mention I do alot of muddin?

the 2005 Rubicons DOES have Traxlox...if you have a 02 Foreman, you have Traxlox...it is your 2wd/4wd selector next to your throttle.

The 04 model rubicon did not have traxloc. Its a full time 4wd machine like the old Foremans were. I believe the new 05 Foremans and Rubicons both are now equipped with traxloc..my 04 foreman has it and it takes less a toll on you riding in 2wd. I have a friend who bought a new 04 Rubicon which he absolutely loves except for the fact that its full time 4wd. They are both nice machines..
