Wait, I got it, in the the excitement at Honda, while they were upgrading the site with all the new bikes, they accidentally put 250EX instead of 250R like they meant to do. Thats it, it is a 250R. Yeah, ok, Im just in denial. SO WHAT!!!!

 

Well, its a new model and a "sports" quad. Thats all that was promised. We are the ones that blew this out of proportion...250r, to a 650ex. We have to face that fact that in this day and age with concerns about the environment, 2 strokes are a thing of the past. Just look at their new 4 stroke motox, and pwc.

 

that ain't no sport quad. (sport/utility). it may not have racks but cmon honda, 5.9 inches of travel, drum brake, auto clutch. They may be responding to market demand but yamaha is laughing now.

 

I think there's a market for the 250EX. It's basically a Recon without racks and has sportier plastic. For someone looking for a quad just bigger than the minis, this would be a good choice. I'm wondering on the price, it might be priced well enough to be a good seller.

I think Honda's first watercraft is cool. It's only a matter of time before they get into snowmobiles.

I think that new 4 stroke motocrosser might be a hint of things to come in their sport quad lineup.
