Hey Rick at RCR, Whats new at the shop?

Hey Rick,
Can you tell us how things are going at your shop? Like what your working on, whats new and what keeps you busy. Don't make your response look like your selling, less they'll lock the thread. I'm just interested in a little shop talk. A couple years ago you sold me the Stage One for my Boss and all has been very well with it.
Add a personal note about how your boys band and music CD are doing.

Hey Lukester !
I remember when you bought that kit of yours , I also recall seeing a video of you driving the bike around . Glad to see it's doing well for you .
Today ---> Sunday January 16th - 10:30 AM
I am going into the shop today for a while , I have 10 new deepcycle batteries for my wind generator to hook up . Most of the port work , head work , parts cleaning , and some of the lighting and various stuff here is powered by wind power I generate . I have an Antique 1926 water pumping mill that has been on the place since about that time that I have converted to make electricity and two others that I built and use on the roof top . (One is still in the box yet - lack of free time ) The generating is done by using modified automotive generators with blades attached .
In the shop I have quite a bit of work , various polaris engines , Raptor engines , 400 EX engines , and Lord know what else . On Friday I broke apart a few engines , about 8 - 9 Trail blazer 250 pipes were finished up , I believe also 4 325 - 330 Trial boss pipes were comepleted , I saw a batch of 30 silencer cores going together as well .
On Saturday I believe all 30 silencers were comepleted except for paint , I dealt with walking customers til about 3pm and we shut it down for the day .
I had a set of heads for a V-force go through the shop this week , I am working with Ray at Fundy Powersports in Canada on this model . Ray has a TON of R&D on the V-force and has had great results , I am working with him and am going to be using his piston and cam set set ups on these models . They are building some of the fastest V-forces anywhere . Getting these great pieces easily available in the USA will be a good thing .
I am very interested in getting some of the customer jobs out the door and tearing into the new Phoenix , I will have parts for it ready in the not so distant future .
The new website is coming allong slowly , I have the pictures done , I just need to write more text . (not enough hours in the day )
Have a great Sunday , I am heading out the door .

I haven't heard a word on 800 parts yet . I am sure Dalton Industries will have clutch kits out later in the spring . Exhaust upgrades will most likely disapointing like they are on the 700's

Got my crank Rick, thanks, you should have the core on Tuesday! Once again your service is second to none! What's the best way to get the crank bearings on the crank! I was thinking of heating the inner race a little and was thinking they would slide right on!
