Does anyone make a replacement rear axle nut that is better than the cheap cast aluminum one on the 2003 Predator?

Thanks, but that one is the factory one. I will probably get a stock one again but after attempting to adjust mine the locking portion just snapped off and all I was using was a tiny little allen wrench. This should have been a steel or billet part IMO. Oh well, if anyone knows of an aftermarket one I would appreciate the input.

 

I would call and see if LSRacing or DuraBlue has a nut that would fit. They are the Big boys that make axles for the pred

 

Team Industries makes the stock axles, and probably the best replacement units. Your lock may have been over-torqued at one time and "stress cracked" or possibly had some porosity in the casting, but I've never heard of any of them failing.....even in severe use.
