I want a 720 kit but i dont know what it will take besides the 720 kit. will i need a new carb and head and valves and stuff like that pleas liet me know. Some one whith a 720 or 800 let me know.

 

From your signature it says you have the big gun exhaust and the vortex cdi, both of those will work with a 720. You will definitely need to get a better fuel delivery system then the stock carb, lots of options: singles, duals, efi.

I highly recommend you do a ported head with larger valves. A stock bore with race head should be faster then a 720 with stock head. New valve springs and cams would also be needed.

Almost everyone agrees, pick an engine builder and get all your parts from him. Don't try to mix and match parts.

I went with MisterHP, but you have to make your own choice on that one. For big bore you have 3 options: MisterHP, TVI, and Pami

 

how much HP did you get out of that and do you run race gas

 

I do run 110 race fuel because it is 13:1 compression.

As far as HP, we all know dyno vary. I don't they have dynoed a 730 yet. I know my exact setup in stock bore put out ~65hp and the 800 ~85hp, so figure I am some where in the middle.
