FMF or White Brothers for 02 Sportsman 500 HO

Im trying to find out which is best and cheap and less mods to have to do. I wished there was more of a selection out there, I would like a slip on type, I found a TECH4 exhaust for it, slip on, cheap but I haven't heard any 1 useing them. Any thoughts?

Don't get the MBRP Power Tech 4. I had one and the internals feel apart after not even 1 year of use. However MBRP did cover it under warranty and gave me a brand new one. When the MBRP broke I bought a white brothers e-series and WOW! Twice the power of the MBRP! My friend runs an FMF Megamax on his 500ho. It sounds a little more "wispier" and I don't really like it. My e-series sounds great though, highly recommend one!

What year is yours? 02 has 1 listing that I can tell, What about mods to your pipe? Can you tell me where you got it? If it sounds like im desprate its because I am lol. I have got this fever to make it more powerful.

Any one know when I can buy a new or used White Brothers E series muffler? I have been looking on Ebay and thought of buying 1 for a different quad and doing mods to make it work.

Buy the universal mount e-series front dennis kirk. Get the 1.50" size. I'm running a K&N and a dynojet along with it and they gave me prob 35% more power then stock. I am also running a custom clutch set up but I am running 27" bi/tri claws and does not work for stock tire size.

I would personally go with a different primary spring and/or secondary spring. Making clutch changes will give you more power than an exhaust ever will. A polaris white primary spring would work well. A roller team secondary wouldn't hurt either.

How about one of the Polaris specialty shops like HPD (www.hpd-inc.com), Hot Seat (www.hotseatperformance.com). These shops specialize in Polaris performance....just an idea.
