Try you a white or green polaris primary spring($20) and see how that helps. Then go with a good slip on muffler.I got a White Bros from Rockymountain for $180 but it didnt do as uch as a clutch spring.You can go with HPD or Hotseat but be ready to drop some big $$$$$$.

 

I don't know anyone who has spent the money for the full system Pro Circuit T-4 yet...they are $470 for full system which is quite pricey in my opinion. The Polaris exhaust pipe diamter is 1.6" I have the 1.75" universal mount and it just barely is tight on there. The 1.50" would fit alot better! Also..an exhaust WILL NOT benefit very much unless you can feed the motor MORE air/fuel. Get a K&N filter and a Dynojet kit and you will notice a HUGE difference in power with stock clutching!

 

I have a K&N air filter, I have a jet kit but an waiting to find a performance muffler. On my 02 model the exhaust is 1 3/4 outside diamater I know there is a different listing from 02 to 03 maybe thats why yous is a 1.5?

I went on a limb and ordered a BIG GUN exhaust system I hope its worth the money. I have also order a dial a jet system, to go with it.
