Polaris ceramic coated header
#1
Has anyone scene the polaris ceramic coated header. Is it worth it. I have an 03 and the header is pretty nasty. I've thought about sending it out to be coated by it's probably a little past that point.
It runs $149. Doesn't seem like a bad deal. Does anyone know if they are coated inside and out. If it is coated inside, that should help the flow charactoristics as well, right?
Pure Polaris Ceramic Header
The link should work now

I think it's coated inside also, but I would put a few more bucks in and get the Rath Header, you will pick up a few more ponies and some more low end. The header looks good, and you also can get the heat shield now.

if i recall correctly the header isnt available from polaris right now, just the stock that is already out there. i sent my header to be coated at a local connection and am waiting for it to come back as the guy got kidney stones and needs surgery. gonna be way cheaper than the polaris header, and as far as your stocker bein to far gone, as long as it isnt like rusted through its ok. mine wqas still like new.

For the polaris header you are paying just for the ceramic coating on your own basically..........no power increases.........I'd get the rath header and heat shield, then you get looks, and performance. Its a great setup.......I'd get it from Doug Nicholas though, he grinds all of the welds down on the inside for even better flow, and he'll also give you some tech support too...........

I found a website that can get almost everything that polaris sells at a descent discount
