Hey everybody Ive got a 03 baja and need to get some new ball joints for it they are just moog brand ball joints. The same kind that a lot of chassis builder use. anybody been able to find them someplace besides the dealer at 45 bucks a pop?? thanks

 

good luck man. i went thru that process and ended up just buying new a-arms with ball joints. i even have a spare set of ball joints for the aftermarket arms that i paid 89.00 for all four. sorry i could not help though

 

I cannot help you with the Moog parts being the same. What I wanted to tell you was that in the manual there are these templates you have to cut out and use to install the ball joints. After you get the ball joints(however you get them) if you need a copy of the template, let me know.

 

If you can get those stock Moog joints for $45.00 jump on it! in fact you should buy a bunch and sell them for $75 a piece. The best price I could fing was $95.00 each from the dealer. When mine went I did what a lot of people do and upgraded to aftermarket A-arms. Good luck.
