Goodyear Tracker P vs Dunlop KT125 OEM tires
#1
Wow, what a difference! I put a set of Goodyear Tracker P's off of a Sportsman 500 (family member) on my Magnum 500 and am very pleased with the tire's performance in mud.
I used to have the Trackers on my Sportsman 400 and took it for granted that it was the 2 cycle power that was getting me through the mud. Wrong!.
The tires had a lot to do with it.
The original equipment Dunlop KT125s are not good mud tires.
The Dunlops offer two advantages only, a soft ride
and directional stability.
Other than that, The Dunlops are puncture prone and do not provide enough traction for the heavier Magnum in muddy conditions.
I'm glad I switched. I was starting to think that Mag 500 was not a mudder. No wonder Polaris puts these on the Sportsman 50o as standard equipment.

Thor, im glad the Goodyears worked good for you. I did not like the Dunlops that came stock on my Kodiak,i replaced them with Goodyear Mud Runners what a huge difference!!! The only good thing in my opinion about the stock Dunlops was the ride.
