Well, if you want to dunes ride, we will be at Olgiby for Pres. Day, come on down and go riding.
I've been wanting to ride the Logandale (Loganville ??) trails system for awhile. Is there a place to camp on the BLM land? I have a 36' RV with a 34' box trailer and need a little room to manuever. When does it start getting hot there?

LVSARGUY do you know much about that place thats rents atv's?
I am asking because everytime I am in LV I look at some interesting terrain and think how great it would be to get in some time riding in the sand. It just never seems that I find any way to get out into it etc.
Even have a friend who moved to Phoenix and have been talking about him towing up to LV next time I am out there, but though he has an extra machine neither one of us really know much about the area or where to ride etc, and also I would still like to know if there is a place that rents "rideable" sport quads in the area just in case he cant make the trip etc.
Thanks for any help.

thanx for the reply, ok the logandale trail system is about 5 miles from the main road in logandale ,you can camp on the anywhere on the dirt road to the trails which you can ride the atvs with no legal problems or anything else , there is a use area on the top at the end of the road , ive seen people there with 38 foot toy haulers no problem , now if you have 4 wheel drive you can go down the paved road to the bottom and camp for up to 30 days no problem , not that you would stay that long but it very relaxed and there is no fees!!!of any kind ..we also have a polaris dealer here in overton , they are all in the same valley overton /logandale , there number is 702 397 8888 if you have any questions for them , now dont foreget about lake mead when in moapa valley wich is overton/loagandale you are only 20 minutes from the lake mead trails ,i think there is more trails then anywhere in the state , ive lived there 32 years and still havnt been on close to 1/2 of the places!!!well anyhow if you have questions pm me or call ...you will lik eit and its defintly worth the trip , also you can ride quads from there right into las vegas a long trip but a great 1...later

Ocotillo wells near San Diego and Glamis is an open ride area with restaurants and restrooms/showers available. It is possible to ride from base camp to the Salton Sea or just ride for miles. My wife and I ride there often, there is one sand hill that people race on all night long. it is fun to watch or participate in the action. If you need more info or a blm map e-mail me and I will make sure you get it

Dude just head to Dumont for Pres. Day!
I've riddin the Logandale trails before, but you won't find anything quite like that here.
One trail/road that ain't bad is Gas Line Road. It starts in Henderson on Black Mountain and comes out at the dry lake bed on the way to Searchlight.
