Default TVI comes through

Gary came through for me on this rebuild. RWR did not want to do much to help out. (I don't blame them but it would have been nice) I was having a problem getting a new bushing pressed into the small end of the rod. Gary heard of the problem and gave me a stock rod with bushing pressed in already. You read that right "GAVE". I appreciate when a man does something like that. I was to the point I was going to have to send it to falicon and have them do the whole job (300+$ and loss of a week). Props to Gary, you are a good man.

Great to hear!! Gary has ALWAYS helped me out when needed with great customer service. I also hear he has some low prices on his 800 kit. I am about to give him a call on a roller crank. He came through for me before and did my entire head for a LOW price with a very quik turn-around time (a few days). He's really a good guy, I just think he's had some bad luck a few years ago. I know he's been doing alot of R&D lately. There is a guy that I know from vegas that just got a 760 pami from him and he is happy as a lark...

Crackerjack- let me know when your comming to Dumont/Vegas again.

ckedd and I are probably picking up his sick sand travel busa rail in early march and will be making a run to dumont or amargosa. I will hopefully have the DS running by then. I almost went to the 800 turbo this rebuild but want to see the new EFI work before puting more money into the rebuild.

Props to Gary.

Lately I've started ordering parts from him instead of where I bought my quad. Jose will always give a discount and my dealer (mainly the new parts guy) cries everytime I ask for the same discount I've enjoyed for years. Next time I'm at my old dealer, I will tell the new owner why I've stopped ordering from him. I know I'm no million dollar customer but, I've turned at least three other people to them for quad purchases and it isn't like I'm asking them to give away the farm. Seems like some people just don't get it and some people LIKE GARY just flat GET-IT! If you don't have them programmed in your speed dial on your mobile phone and you go on a trip you will be sorry (maybe not today but, someday). Not a doubt in my mind that if I needed a part tomorrow they would find a way to get it to me at the dunes. Hey, I'm sure I would pay for it but, I would expect to for that kind of service and when I'm riding on my time off, I don't care if it costs me a few extra $$'s. I just want to ride!

it's nice to see gary get a few pats on the back, i see guys slam the guy and as it turns out they did there own work then it is his fault. the only thing i've seen the guy do wrong was to try and help a few of the guys that went to sam coe, and seems those engines were very worked to begin with.

I agree Gary is cool as hell. I've purchased parts freom him too. I dont use the two bom dealers in Vegas any more. One is just a waste of time. The other one is so-so.

w1ngnut- Im curious to hear wich Bomb dealer is worse to you? I think I can agree with that claim, THATS for sure.

One of the Bomb dealers in Vegas pulled a fast one on me a few years ago. Neither bomb dealer here knows much about the DS!!!

I have to favor the one more close to the speedway, But I have only purchaced a oil filter from that one.lol

Rec world doesn't have any one that knows how to work on anything but power equipment. John, the mechanic at promarine has been ok, he's been there through all the ownership changes but they only like working on things that float. I bought my ds and sandtech. But they aren't a bom dealer anymore. Thats all we are left with........we're so lucky
