How do you race cut fenders?

Default How do you race cut fenders?

I have a 2003 400ex and ive seen a few pics with a 400ex race cut fenders.. and i like the 400ex way better with race cut fenders. What tools and how do you race cut fenders? I wana kno like every little detail on how to cut fenders.. thanks..

Default How do you race cut fenders?

mark out your plastic where you want it cut and use a dremal to cut it,ive heard of ppl using a jig saw also.once you finish cutting sand down the edges,its that easy.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

masking tape and a dremel or other precision cut off tool

Default How do you race cut fenders?

i think i heard somewhere that after u cut it to get a shine back use a heat gun a lil bit where you cut it?

my friend carefully and i mean CAREFULLY used a roto-zip to cut off his front 400ex fenders and trim the rear fenders.

Default How do you race cut fenders?

The easy way is just set it out in the sun for about a half hour and use a nice sharp razor knife,It'll cut like butter
