Default Popping fuses 400ex

Got a 2002 Honda 400 ex that keeps popping the fuse, any sugestions on what the problem is and how to fix it? Also while ridding the headlights dim. Has a new battery, and I have tried a 20 amp fuse still no luck. This is a new machine to us so I do not know about all the things with a Honda. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Big Thanks to all

Take the handle bar switch apart. See if there is a bare wire touching the bars. If that isn't it, try all the wires down by the battery. It would have to be a bad wire somewhere, look for the copper color, then tape it up.

Thanks guy I found the problem. One of the wires going into the headlight was bare. Some tape and it is back running.
