Where can I get a good price on a warn winch

I was wondering where I can get a good price on a Warn 2000lb winch. I haven't looked around much but the cheapest I have found one for so far is $300.00 from rocky mountain atv and that doesn't include the mount plate or the roller fairlead.

I got a brand new, never opened, still in box Warn A2000 off eBay for $240.00. They are on there every couple of weeks. You can get a winch mount made by Outdoor South from www.atvgear.com for $35.00, and they pay shipping.
