Default Polaris 90 on the beach

I will be down in Galveston Texas this spring break and was wondering if any of yall could help with a couple of questions. First, would a pred 90 with stock tires do okay on the beach in Galveston Texas. And if any one is from there. Can I even take the ATV on the beach. I dont see why you couldn't seeing as how I've driven my truck on several other beaches. Just not sure about Galveston.

I don't think you'll be able to ride the beach in Galveston, but you could find out for sure if you contact the city. There is however some beach to ride not far from Galveston. If you get on the ferry and go to Bolivar you might be able to ride there, but not sure if it's legal or enforced there either. If you go past Bolivar to where the road ends at FM124 there is miles of closed road all the way to Sabine Pass, I believe you can ride there without a problem. There is a nude(illegal)beach there where the closed road is still accesable so you might want to be careful with the kids. Go to Texasatvs.com and ask around you'll probly get more info than I can give you. Have fun.

I took my boy to the beach on his Viper 90 and it did just fine. He was quite bored though with the flat beach. Forgot to put that in the last post.

I'll take it down there and see what happens. They are used to trail riding, so this will give them a chance to open it up for a longer period of time. Thanks for your input
