I just got my replacement swingarm from Chris at ace fab about two weeks ago. If any of you remember I destroyed my new one a few months ago in two hours of riding. You can see pics on my page. Anyway, he did send me a new one for free and even took out my bushings from the front. It just took a long time. I crashed my quad about two weeks after taking off the swingarm and am now in over my head with me fire breathing CR500 so I don't need the swingarm any more. So I thought I would let you guys know about it on ebay.

what size u get, i asked for a stock size and they said they only make plus sizes.

 

I am the reason they don't make stock length swingarms. I got the first stock length swingarm for a ds and he just mounted the shock mount to the carrier housing. It didn't work. He couldn't figure out the mount, so he just said he had to make a +2 so that there would be a cross tube to mount the shock to. So.... it is a +2. I will say the new swingarm is about 4 pounds heavier than the old one because I told him it had to survive longer this time. The main tubes and cross tubes are much heavier than the old ones were.

so the one on e-bay is made the same as the one you destroyed?

 

It is a new replacement. He made it out of a lot heavier material and relocated the mount so that it won't happen again. The one on my pics page is not the one on ebay. There are pics on ebay of the one that is in the auction.
