Hello everyone.

I have a 2004 oulander 400, color camouflage with 27 inch ITP Mud-Lite Tires. I have a serious problem with it. The camouflage paint is comming off by itself. When i rode with a passenger, the friction between her leg and the wing caused the paint to disapear and this after about 20 hours of use. The companie sais that it is not a manufacturers defect, that it is usage, so they wont pay to change the parts. The parts are about 2000$. Now it is winter here and my bike is parked in a garage and the paint keeps dissapearing, the funny thing is i'm not using the bike! I'm pretty pissed at Bombardier because when i called them they told me they knew about this problem, but they did'nt tell me at the time of the sale, and they charge an extra 500$ for the camouflage model. Anywais i would like to know if anyone had heard of this knid of problem and if so what they did to resolve it.
