Default 92 foreman sputtering

Our honda has been having problems lately. When you start it with the choke the thing sputters real bad no matter how fast or slow you go. It almost seems like the choke stays open. After it sat for a while (10 days) I tried starting it without the choke, I sprayed starting fluid up the air box, it started fine and ran fine. HELP

Usually what goes wrong is either the choke cable, or the choke plunger itself on the carb get sticky, rusty. Do a search on this topic, there's been a lot of previous posts.
