300ex-400ex motor pros and cons? Need some input.

Default 300ex-400ex motor pros and cons? Need some input.
Thinking about modifying a 300ex motor up OR modifying my 400ex motor for better performance. I was told to beef up the 300ex motor as it would perform better than modifiying the 400ex motor. Any truth to that. Any help appreciated. Thanks.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

Not worth doing the 300ex if you have a 400ex, do the 400 for sure!
