My dad recently got my little brother a 2002 Arctic Cat 90. It cruises pretty well and we want to put a headlight on it. Does anyone know how it would be possible to get a headlight on it?

To answer your question, yes. Lights can be installed on an AC-90. Single or dual front lights. Many say the stator system on a mini can produce up t0 35 watts. Thus, try to use bulb sizes that are under 12V - 30 watts. Say, 1 x 20w (MR16-20W) or 2 x 15w. For quick install, run wire from"+" side of battery to inline fuse (6" - 8" from the battery), into an automotive toogle switch, then wire into the headlight(s). Clean and simple "hard wire". If wondering, this is the same wiring diagram I used to install a Reverse Light on my AC 500i. Works great.

The AC 90 has a position for lights on the key switch this is how you can run the tail light.

I have not done the Mod yet but I think you can run off this switch.

Yes. You can connect Light wiring to an ignition switch. Since Switch wiring is usually small guage, it's best to install a 12V Relay. A universal relay is only $3 - $7.
