87 LT250 Torque Link

Default 87 LT250 Torque Link

Can some one tell me the measurment from the center bolt hole to the other center bolt hole on the Rear Brake torque Link? I am trying to make one from aluminum but I don't have the stock one to measure.

if you tell me what the rear brake torque link is id be glad to measure it.

It is the bar that goes from the swing arm to the rear caliper.

if u dont have a 250 i doubt you will be able to get it to fit right, id guess its more than just how far the holes are away

No I have a LT250R I just don't have the Torque bar to measure. It is only a bar with 2 holes I don't think it would be all that complicated.

That is for an 85-86 those years the torque link is 10 inches center hole to center hole. I did see that on ebay I have not seen one for the 87 I am having someone make one for me in a trade deal.

can you give me some info on the torque link? i didnt realize they were this easy to make
is it a straight piece?
what size are the holes?
do the ends have to be a certain width?

i need al the info ito make them, thanks
