will a kfx rear shock fit a 2000 400ex?

 

found the answer if anyone else is wondering....kfx and z400 and 400ex rear shock are interchangeable

 

is the kfx and clones shock better than the honda shock?

 

well the kfx and z400 now come stock with resevoir front shocks(way cool) so when you search for new front shocks and are too cheap to buy the elkas, works, etc...(like me) you can get an upgraded shock from what you have on the 400ex...as far as the rear i think the only difference is the color...i like finding guys that immediately upgrade to racing suspension and buy their stuff...normally when they buy bikes they already have a pile of mods sitting there waiting to install. ....hope this helps
