some of the early wilwood cylinders had leak problems. you may try a new cover, if so make sure to line up the gasket with the hole in the body of the cylinder and dont overtighten, it will warp the cover and cause to leak. later models like your 800 have fewer problems.

take the cap off and look at the diapragm. there's a small tip that sticks down, make sure its not torn here. also, look at the cap, does it look warped slightly? replace the cap and when you put it on hold the center down tight and don't over tighten the screws. ive had pretty good luck replacing just the cap assembly, have had a couple that needed the whole cylinder to fix.

My '01 SP 400 did the same thing I messed with the cap and seal, made sure fluid level was good and put the same cap and seal back on. That seemed to solve the problem. I guess it wasn't sealed properly or something. Whe I initialy looked at it the local dealer said the cap and was $40.00. He also told me to take it off and see if the seal was not in properly so that is what I did. BART
