where to get a dial a jet for sp 700

Default where to get a dial a jet for sp 700

I want to get a dial a jet and was wondering where i can get one on the internet. I see rocky mountin has some for the sp500 and i think they are the same but i figured i would check before i went and odered it. Also are they hard to put on. I am all new to the small engin thing. Thanks

Default where to get a dial a jet for sp 700

I've been checking into them for a while, just haven't bought one yet. They are pretty straight forward as installation goes. Hardest part will be getting to and taking the carb off. If you do a search on Ebay for Mikuni Power Jet, there is a person who sells something that is very similar, but only cost 20 bucks. It doesn't have the snorkel tube, but that's just a vent tube with foam on the end you'd run up by the gas tank. Biggest caution I would give is to be certain where on the carb you're going to put it. You'll be drilling a hole in the carb, so you won't want to get it wrong.
