Most any quad can benefit from an after market pipe and/or air filter upgrade. As for larger tires, they would give you more top end speed but at the expense of low end torque. Unfortunately, shaft driven quads are quite difficult to modify in regard to gearing, so it is a choice between staying with the stock power band or changing tires to alter it.

What if i rejet the carb for more power? would that help push the bigger tires back to the stock powerband?

Unless you have a problem with your current jetting, re-jetting is only helpful if you are increasing the air flow, such as adding a pipe or filter. Then it is usually necessary to prevent the engine from running lean & causing damage to it.

Depending on the pipe you put on (torque or top-end, etc.) along with the air filter and carb jetting will increase your performance. The performance increase can just as easily be taken away by putting too large diameter tires on it. You may gain in top-end speed and lose in the bottom-end. Then when you get stuck and need some low-speed torque, it won't be able to turn the larger tires. Try the pipe/filter/jet change and see if that satisfies your performance increase. These changes will just plain make it run better.
