hello,

This is my first post.
I rode my quad in the snow for an hour, then went to my barn and stopped for about 5 minutes. I then backed up about thirty feet and the quad would not shift out of reverse. I backed up to my house and tried everything. Any ideas???? The quad has 700 miles on it and has dealer service and not rough duty.

hey john, welcome to atv connection. maybe it froze up or maybe the idle is to high?

 

ive never owned one of the automatic polaris's, so i kinda wouldnt know, i just hear from other ppl about them. any one else got any ideas? happen to anyone else? comeon guys, we got a new guy that needs some help...lol.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

year make model was it iced up?

 

yea, was it a scrambler? or sportsman?

It's a 2000 sportsman 500, about 700 miles. Very well maintained as are all my toys.
