Oil light on Vforce, it has oil?????

Oil light on Vforce, it has oil?????
I was riding yesterday and the oil light came on it would get brighter as i reved it up and go off at idle?Checked the oil level and it was right on.Shut it down for a smoke break fired back up and had no more problems.Was this a fluke or should I be concerned?
