DOE'S ANY ONE HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THERE LIGHTS

you probably have a short in the power wire going to the lights. check if it has a cut or bare wire is showing that will let it groung out. if it is not in the wire then check the socket for the same your problem will probably be found in those places

i've heard of this problem on another site. The bottom line is take it back to the dealer and get the switch housing replaced. Is what I gathered from other posts on another atv site. Supposedly has something to do with the high/low beams being on at the same time there for melting the socket. This is here say, I have no experience with that problem. But it is a start to solving the problem.
