Maybe people remember me....lol It's been a while. But I would like to anounce that I just bought an 05 TLD...yes, I'm coming back to a predator, after lots of issues with a YFZ (JUNK)! I also for a while raced a Prairie 700. Won 12 hours of america in Utility class, and won Utility Modified at the Texas GNCC this past Feb.! But I miss my sport quads, and I miss a comfy quad that fits me. I had a few reasons for getting rid of my '03 Pred back in '03...but the machine completely seems refined now...and I can't wait to swing a leg back over it and give 'er a hearty race season...cause I know she will not DNF for me...unless it's my bad!!

BradRacer...You got yours all ready for Indianola?? My TLD will be there as a work in progress, but with all my great sponsors, I should have it all decked out by mid summer!!

Whats up pudl?? Long time, no see!! I"m very glad of your new info......the pred will hopefully treat you very well!! I heard the suspension is great on them for a stock machine. You'll probably end up changing out the stock suspension anyways though.


I'll be ready for the scrambles!!! I'm planning on making the first one, and hopefully every one after that(god willing)......lol.......I'll be in the C class though, with me not ever even been to a harescramble. A newer member here(don't know if you know him or not) is omahapredator, his name is Dan........he is also planning on running a few of them too. He has an 03 pred like mine....but with a big bore motor in it.


Mine is currently under construction(after every paycheck.....lol).........The head is at Doug's now for a port/flow job, and 3 angle valve job..........I'm also getting both carb mods done with a twin air clamp on filter. I'm also installing a new high comp(12.5:1) wiseco piston tomorrow.......and a Nicholas Cycle cdi. The motor should be in great shape for the scrambles......I'll have a new antivibe stem, and some tag handlebars before the racing starts too!!! My suspension is still kinda stock, with only a triple rate hpd spring kit in it.

I'll have to get my pred home and ride it to decide if I wanna swap out the suspension. My 03 pred I was happy with w/ rezzies. I only swapped out my YFZ shocks for elka cause the stock YFZ shocks suck for XC! Sounds like you're gonna have a rippin engine. Word of warning, if you are getting your head ported, you better plan on having to stop for gas to finish the race....whether you have an IMS tank or not!!! Sounds like you're ready to go though! I'm already on Predowners. Just surfing around trying to figure out what all is going to go on it!!!
