Default couple of questions.....trail boss vs sportsman 400

i've been looking around to buy a quad lately and i've stumbled upon a 02 trail boss 325 for $3000 (CDN) and a 94 sportsman 400 for $3500 (CDN)....the questions i have are; which do you think is the better deal? which quad is better? and which quad has more potential for mods.
my ridin style is pretty much fast trail rides and a little mud, if that helps any.
any reply would be appreciated...thanks

My wife rides the 325 trail boss and it's a very fun quad no doubt. I've got a 97 sp 500 and I love it even more but I'm a power freak. For fast trail riding with min mud I'd go with the Trail boss it's alot lighter in the front and can fly. Plus being an 02 it's gonna be somewhat newer. Thats always a good thing. But those are awful high prices in my opinion. Even considering the CDN vs USD I paid 1500 for my wifes 325 USD.

i'm a bit of a power freak myself but my budget doesnt allow me to buy a huge displacement quad...i was leaning to the sportman because of the 400cc and hopefully there are some mods i can add on to help with the need for more power.....and believe it or not, those are some good prices for where i am
